From our family to yours We at Maker's Long Acres are farmers first, so we understand the investments involved in bringing livestock from the farm gate to the dinner plate. And more so, we understand the enormous trust that is placed in the hands of the butcher. This is a trust we don't take lightly. We are located in Sagle, Idaho in the former Monarch Meats building. We are a full service facility. We will come to your location for the harvest in our mobile harvest truck and return back to the shop where the processing is done. Our butchers have an extensive background in the industry and are passionate about their craft. We offer many standard options on cuts and cures and can work with you if there's a specialty item you don't see listed on our price sheet. Our entire team- the wrappers, the harvesters, the butchers, the cleaning crew and everyone in between is committed to keeping you coming back to us for years to come.
